The cost of service for coming to your house in the Tri-Cities area is the same as any standard urgent care visit. Your copay is due at the time of service. We accept debit card, credit card, personal check, cash, and HSA cards.
If you choose not to use your insurance, a 25% discount is applied to the total bill if it is paid in full at the time of the visit.
For insurances that I do not accept, there will be a prompt pay discount at the time of service which is 25% off of the fee schedule. A superbill can be provided to you that can be submitted to your own insurance for reimbursement, but we do not guarantee that you will be reimbursed by your insurance.
