As Deemed Appropriate By The Provider, We May Also Provide/Offer These Services:

  • Referral to a specialist or primary care provider
  • Hypothyroidism treatment
  • IV fluids
  • Perform simple lab tests done at your location, such as strep or mono
  • Depending on the diagnosis, you may require additional labs or diagnostic imaging.
  • Order (or dispense if available) durable medical equipment such as crutches, braces, boots, post-op shoes, etc.
  • Provide school/work excuse note

Procedures (As deemed necessary):

  • Simple abscess I and D
  • Immunizations: Influenza and tdap only
  • Ear lavage and ear wax removal
  • Nail avulsion
  • Simple laceration repair needing sutures, glue, staples
  • IV fluids and rehydration as deemed appropriate and necessary
  • Wart treatment
  • Simple lesion removal and biopsy
  • Simple foreign body removal
  • Simple lesion removal (and biopsy if indicated)

  • Rapid Covid 19 antigen & antibody testing
  • RSV

We Do Not Treat:

  • Medical emergencies; to include, but not limited to chest pain, shortness of breath, altered mental status/confusion, those injured in a motor vehicle accident, head injuries, muscle weakness, severe abdominal pain, inability to swallow and other life-threatening conditions. If you or someone you know is experiencing any of these or other life-threatening emergencies- Stop reading, pick up the phone, and call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
  • Prescribe narcotics, benzodiazepines, or any other controlled substances.
  • I don’t treat most chronic diseases. These require management by a primary care provider; we are not a replacement for your primary care provider.
