Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule a visit?

Scheduling a visit is easy. Go to the website on your computer, tablet, or mobile device and click “Book Appointment” in the top right corner of the site. From there, fill out the intake forms and your appointment will be set!

Are you in my area, and when can I be seen?

We currently have business licenses for West Richland, Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco. In the future, we plan to branch out to more outlying areas and will update the website as the service area changes.

We often have same day appointments and our hours often include day and night hours. (Of course, life happens to us all and some days will be blocked due to prior engagements).

Can I cancel a service request?

Yes, but you will want to cancel or reschedule your visit more than 1 hour in advance of your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Due to the nature of mobile urgent care, we need to minimize our “no shows,” as it is us that comes to you- and that takes a significant amount of time. Three no shows or cancellations will result in no further schedule visits.

How do I pay for a visit?

We accept several health insurance companies.

For cash pay patients and copays, we accept credit, debit, check, cash, and select HSA account cards. We partner with Square to process all payments.

Can I schedule a visit for a family member?

A parent, legal guardian, or legal caregiver must be present and provide appropriate documentation of status to include state-issued ID, insurance card, etc. that can be either uploaded when you complete your intake form or scanned into our system when we arrive at your location.

Do I still need a primary care provider?

Yes. We do not manage chronic medical conditions, do routine health assessments, etc. These are managed by primary care providers and not by urgent care clinics.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Check out our Insurance page.
